Phosphor bronze is an alloy made by adding tin and a small amount of phosphorus to copper. C5191 is an alloy that contains 5.5% to 7% tin added to copper. C5210 is a material that increases hardness by adding more tin. In particular, C5210 has high spring properties and is suitable for leaf springs with minimal bending processing. 【Features】Mechanical strength, high spring properties, ductility, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance 【Main Applications】Springs for electronic and electrical equipment, switches, connectors, relays, lead frames, diaphragms, bellows, fuse clips, moving parts, washers, bearings, bushes, etc. We mainly stock standard plates (180mm × 1200mm) from domestic materials (Ooki Shindou Kogyo Co., Ltd.). We can accommodate cutting for thick plate products of 3.0mm or more. Stock items can be sold from one piece. We offer shipping to remote areas. Standard plates are not suitable for large-scale processing but are very convenient for small-scale processing. Please inquire about stock status.
